ADHD & Executive Function Coaching for Families in the Netherlands

Welcome!
I'm Cornelia, an Online ADHD and Executive Function Coach helping children, teenagers, young adults, and their parents build the skills needed to thrive at school, at home, and in life.
I have worked with students attending The British School of the Netherlands, collaborating with support teachers and families when students require additional support with ADHD, executive function challenges, organization, emotional regulation, study skills, and independence. This experience has given me valuable insight into the unique demands faced by students in international school environments.
If your child is bright but struggles with procrastination, organization, time management, emotional outbursts, forgotten homework, poor study habits, or low confidence, you're in the right place.
My coaching helps students learn how to:
✔ Start tasks without constant reminders
✔ Manage their time more effectively
✔ Stay organized and remember important responsibilities
✔ Build routines that actually work
✔ Improve emotional regulation and frustration tolerance
✔ Develop confidence and independence
Many parents tell me they are exhausted from being the constant reminder, homework manager, and motivator. Coaching provides students with an objective mentor who teaches practical strategies while helping parents step out of the "nagging" role and back into simply being Mum and Dad.
Unlike tutoring, which focuses on what to learn, ADHD and Executive Function Coaching focuses on how to get things done.
For families in the Netherlands, the time difference works beautifully. We are mostly aligned or by 1 or 2 hours. This means that when your child gets home from school, sports, and extracurricular activities, there is no need to drive anywhere; students simply log in from home and start their session.
Together, we'll help your child develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to reach their full potential.
